By accessing or using GetToPrompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. GetToPrompt is operated by GetToPrompt LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
GetToPrompt is a SaaS platform that helps users create, refine, score, and manage AI prompts for any AI tool — including image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion), code assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt.new), video tools (Runway, Sora), writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper), website builders (Framer, Webflow, Divi 5), and more. The Service includes a guided wizard, AI-powered scoring and generation, a personal prompt library, and a template marketplace.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
The Service operates on a token system. Free accounts receive a limited number of tokens upon registration. Additional tokens may be purchased through our paid plans. Tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the prompts you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying AI models.
When you share a prompt via a public link or publish it to the template marketplace, you grant other users the right to view and fork that prompt for their own use. You may revoke sharing at any time, though previously forked copies remain with those users.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Token purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated prompts will produce specific results in third-party tools. Use of the Service and any prompts generated is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetToPrompt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your prompts and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
